1.What's the MOQ ?
Currently we have 300+ moulds of luggage, for some models the smalllest MOQ is 100pcs.
2.Payment terms ?
T/T 30% deposit+ 70% balance Against B/L copy. L/C, O/A, trade assurance online,etc.
3.How about sample ?
For stock sample, we can provice free sample and send out in 1 day. If not have in stock, need to arrange
sample making upon the receipt of sample fee, which is fully refundable in mass orders. For regular sample, fastest lead time 2 working days; for customize sample, fastest lead time 7 working days.
4.Customize service ?
We have own designers, OEM/ODM service accepted, and we also do many customize projects for our customers! You can just share ideas, our teams will make the design picture according to your ideas, then send to you for confirmation, finally make ideas to real products. Can customize your Brand Logo on luggage shell, Handle, Trolley, Lining, Wheel, Zipper,etc.
5.Production capacity ?
We have 6 production lines, 130+ skillful workers, and everyday can produce around 3600 pieces luggage.
6.Warranty policy ?
Normally we give one year warranty. We have experienced and strictly inspecting QC team, all products got enough tested before shipping out. If our customers receive the goods with quality problems, except for human damage, we must compensate in next orders.
7.After-sales service/support ?
This is our standard after-sales service process once any quality issues happened: Firstly contact with the Sales and customer service manager and tell them about the problems and send actual photos, then all our teams will discuss about it and must reply you within 8 hours about how to deal with the problems. Please help us provide more pictures and problem quantities,etc., so that we can better analyse how this problems come out. After-sales service team will give the solutions.
8.Are you factory or trading company ?
We are leading luggage factory providing OEM/ODM service. Factory base has more than 10000 square meters with 130+ skillful workers. Customization is accepted and we also have independent R&D teams which can create new models to help for market occupation.
